Speaking to The Sun, the 16-year old heartthrob, who has made no secret of his crush on the Girls Aloud beauty, claims that a guest role on the hit US TV show will be the perfect way for Chezza to be introduced to America.
Bieber told the newspaper: "I am going to tell the producers that it must be in the agreement that Cheryl gets a part in the show as well."
"Cheryl and the show make total sense. It's all about people who look good and can sing and dance - that's totally Cheryl."
Justin, who is a huge fan of the 27-year old star, also admitted that he wants to collaborate with Cheryl, claiming that he plans to hook-up with The Flood singer as soon as she arrives Stateside for her rumoured new judging job on the US version of The X Factor.
The Baby hitmaker confessed: "I have told her every time I have seen her that as soon as she lands in the US for The X Factor I am going to work with her."
"Glee is a great way to introduce her to the States - everybody is watching it. She looks beautiful, but I am not sure she could quite get away with playing a student."
He added: "It would be great if she played a substitute teacher taking a sabbatical from England or something. Can you imagine how hot Cheryl would look dressed as a school teacher?"
Justin, who is rumoured to be dating Disney star Selena Gomez, also stated this week that he "can't wait to share" his new 3D movie, Never Say Never, with his fans next month.
The Pray singer also told his followers on Twitter: "Everyday people ask me about different rumours. Well i guess my new answer will be wait until #NEVERSAYNEVER3D it answers them all."
Bieber also posted a sneak peak of the movie on the social networking site, accompanied with the message: "ITS COMING!! Feb 11th!!"
